McNeice, Margarete E.

Born in Schlesien, Germany, she was raised and educated in Germany and came to the United States in 1956. She previously lived in Wollaston before moving to Canton 51 years ago. Margarete was an active volunteer for several organizations, including Por Christo, SHARE in Canton, My Brother’s Keeper, Carney Hospital Gift Shop, Catholic Charities, various missions of the Jesuits of New England, and also was an active parishioner and CCD teacher at St. Gerard Majella Church in Canton. She was an avid golfer and a member of Wollaston Country Club and Milton Hoosic Club. Margarete loved spending time with her family, entertaining and gardening …
