Canton should be proud of Brightview Senior Living

By

Dear Editor:

I am taking this moment to write and tell you about my experience at Brightview Senior Living in Canton. My 96-year-old mother is living there now and my husband and I went up to visit her this past weekend. It is outstanding right from the moment you drive in and see the landscape to when you enter the building and interact with the staff. But most of all, it’s the senior residents living in the community who make the biggest difference. They help each other out every way that they can, including sitting with each other at breakfast and dinner so no one sits alone.

Prior to moving to Brightview, my mother had lived in another senior living community in a neighboring town and I visited her there as well. What a difference this Brightview is for seniors either living alone or with a companion — it’s like night and day. Executive Director Len Hartwell and his staff are fantastic and always smiling, giving much assistance to the residents. This community is something for Canton to be proud of. I have visited other senior communities and this tops them all. Now seeing where my mother is living gives me comfort as her daughter, living in Herndon, Virginia. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to write and tell you about this senior living community.

Best regards,

Cynthia, Mathew, and the Dovens Family
