Virginia M. Toti (Murphy), 87, of Sharon, formerly of Canton and Brockton, passed away August 1 at Wingate of Sharon.

Born and raised in Dorchester, she attended Boston Public Schools, graduating from Dorchester High School. After high school Virginia worked at the State Department for John Kennedy. She went on to work for Brockton Hospital for 30 years as a medical secretary. Mrs. Toti and her husband, Ralph, lived in Brockton for 40 years before moving to Canton in 2000 …
