Leary, Charles F.

Charles F. “Chuck” Leary, Jr., 79, of Canton, passed away November 29 at home surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Norwood, he was a lifelong resident of Canton and graduated from Canton High School and received his associate’s degree in criminal justice from Northeastern University. A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, he was a member of the Canton Police Department for 32 years, retiring in 1993. He was also a member of the Canton Police Pistol League and took part in the SWAT training for the department as well …
