City of Boston Credit Union is the Platinum Sponsor for this year’s Reebok Canton Road Race. The 11th annual race is a major fundraiser for the Canton Association of Business and Industry (CABI) Charitable Fund Inc. The fund distributes 100 percent of money raised to local beneficiaries, such as the Canton Food Pantry and the Massachusetts Hospital School, as well as other public and private groups in Canton.

City of Boston Credit Union is one of the oldest credit unions in the country, celebrating a century of service on November 15, 2015. The credit union was founded in part by high profile Boston Mayor James Michael Curley for city employees. Today the credit union invites individuals who live or work in Norfolk or Suffolk counties, as well as city of Boston and commonwealth of Massachusetts employees, to choose City of Boston Credit Union for all of their financial needs.

The credit union will soon be opening its first branch in Norfolk County at 305 Turnpike Street in Canton. The branch is expected to open later this month.
