Integrated Builders Inc., a firm specializing in general contracting and construction management services, announced recently that it has completed the renovation of a 40,000-square-foot office building at 10 Oceana Drive in Norwood. The project included over $1.5 million in renovations, secpuuring the asset as a top tenant destination.

Integrated Builders Project Manager Bob Purdy and Superintendent Chris Dennis worked alongside the building’s owner, Equity Industrial Partners, throughout the entirety of the development. Maugel Architects completed the design aspects and built the space to suit the property’s newest tenant, The Pulse Network, which is leasing 10,000 square feet of space.

“We are excited to announce the completion of 10 Oceana Drive and are proud to showcase the new space,” commented Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Builders. “We believe the building’s newly updated characteristics make greater use of the space, benefiting tenants and their employees more effectively.”

The renovations included new windows and entrances to the facility, new bathroom cores, and added elevators to make working and moving throughout the building easier for tenants. Furthermore, new HVAC systems were installed to help provide the property with more energy-efficient systems. The building at 10 Oceana Drive provides ample space for companies looking to move to the popular Canton/Norwood area and/or expand their footprint near the new Westwood Station Project in Westwood, which will be a vibrant new destination featuring 2 million square feet of retail, office, residential and hotel uses.

The Pulse Network, currently headquartered on Turnpike Street in Canton, provides a cloud-based platform focused on content marketing and event solutions. The firm helps clients ranging from Fortune 500 to small and mid-size companies boost awareness, drive lead generation, and enhance client engagement through content marketing, campaign management, and event registration with a social and digital backbone.
