Rovinelli, Carl F.

Carl F. Rovinelli, 68, of Canton, passed away unexpectedly August 2 at his home in Falmouth.

Born and raised in Natick, he graduated from Natick High School and Northeastern University. He previously worked for Allied Container in Dedham and worked as a plant manager for Abbott Box in Canton before retiring 10 years ago. He enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren, playing golf, and loved spending time at the beach, working in his yard and fixing lawn tractors.

Beloved husband of Gail V. (Carter). Father of Alan Rovinelli of Norfolk. Stepfather of Jeff Kobs and his wife, Leah, of Mansfield, and Julie Ryan and her husband, Chris, of Brighton. Grandfather of Owen, Nathan and Garrett Kobs. Also survived by his former wife, Barbara Rovinelli, of Natick.

Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street, Thursday, August 8, from 4-8 p.m. Funeral mass in St. Patrick’s Church, 44 East Central Street in Natick, Friday, August 9, at 10 a.m. Interment Glenwood Cemetery, Natick. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to a charity of one’s choice.
