Rare October storm dumps over 5 inches of snow

The town of Canton received over five inches of snow in a rare fall snowstorm last Friday, October 30. DPW Superintendent Mike Trotta sent sanding crews out in the mid-morning and plowing operations began Friday afternoon and finished around 9:35 p.m.
