Luce 5K & Fun Run

The Luce Elementary School held its 12th annual 5k & fun run on Sunday, May 5, starting and ending at the Luce School. The event featured a half-mile race for kids ages 4-8, a mile run for ages 9-12, and a 5k race for adults. Prizes were awarded to the top finishers in all age groups for the 5k, and all participants enjoyed free sandwiches, raffles, a DJ, and children’s entertainment. Proceeds from the race went to the Luce School CAPT.

1 mile (girls): Tess Khoury, Marie Messenger, Leah Murphy
½ mile (boys): Sean Lethin, Luke Darling, Nick Gillis
½ mile (girls): Ellie Bohane, Kiley Oltrech, Tori Metzika
