William Raveis launches coat drive

As winter approaches and costs continue to rise, the Canton office of William Raveis Real Estate has joined forces with Caring Partners’ Coats for Kids & Families drive to collect new and gently used winter coats for those in need through Wednesday, December 31.

“Anyone who needs a coat will have one” is the mission behind New England’s largest coat drive, which has distributed more than 1.8 million coats since 1995. Coats collected by William Raveis between now and New Year’s Eve will be professionally cleaned by Anton’s Cleaners and distributed locally through community partners, nonprofits, and schools.

“Helping families stay warm and supported is at the heart of what we do,” said Julie Molloy, a realtor at William Raveis, Canton. “We’re proud to support a program that has such a direct and meaningful impact right here in our community.”

The Coats for Kids & Families program is sponsored by Anton’s Cleaners, Jordan’s Furniture, and Rockland Trust, with more than 70 collection locations across New England.
