Cohen named finalist for RE Attorney of the Year

Cohen has been with Barsh and Cohen, P.C. for nearly 25 years, serving as President and Managing Attorney for the past 11. A seasoned real estate attorney, he brings extensive knowledge in titles, title abstracts, title insurance, commercial loan documentation, foreclosure, and creditor bankruptcy. His breadth of experience spans buyer and seller-side representation, title insurance policies, and complex commercial loan closings, making him an invaluable resource for clients across the financial and real estate sectors.
