#100to100 celebrates historic rivalry
By Canton CitizenThe #100to100 social media campaign is celebrating a historic milestone in one of Massachusetts’ most enduring high school football rivalries: the 100th annual meeting between the Canton Bulldogs and the Stoughton Black Knights.
The milestone game will be played at Fenway Park on Tuesday, November 24, 2026, two days before Thanksgiving. For generations, Canton and Stoughton have met during the Thanksgiving season for a football tradition defined by community pride, school spirit, and a friendly regional rivalry.
The #100to100 campaign will showcase the people, moments, and memories that have shaped the rivalry over the decades. Posts can be seen on Instagram and Twitter/X by Multimedia Journalist and Campaign Co-Organizer Kevin Praik — @praikjournalist on both platforms.
The campaign’s posts feature archival photographs and game footage, memorable scores and plays, interviews with former players and coaches, and more.
