The Galvin Middle School Drama Club proudly presented its fall production, When Roses Stood, on Friday and Saturday, December 5 and 6, in the CHS auditorium. The play tells the story of Aryan women who stood fearlessly outside Rosenstrasse, where the Jewish husbands were held captive by the SS in Berlin in 1943. What started as a few women turned into a full demonstration and eventually the men were released.
