Michelle Y. Loughran (Dumas) of Canton passed away peacefully April 22 surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Boston, she was raised in Canton and graduated from Norfolk Agricultural High School, Class of 1982. Michelle worked as a customer service representative for a department store for many years and previously worked for the MSPCA.

Beloved wife of Brian M. “Lucky.” Mother of Matthew Bernstein of Stoughton and Kirsten Bernstein of Charlestown. Daughter of Madeline Dumas of Canton and the late William Dumas. Sister of Annette Matthews of Canton. Aunt of Brendan, Maddison and Owen Sanders, Molly and Emily Loughran, Caitlin and Mandy Loughran, Gina and husband Matt McCann, and great-nieces and nephew Paul, Erin and Emma McCann.

Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street, on Sunday, April 30 from 4-7 p.m. Funeral Mass Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Oscar Romero Church, Canton. Burial private. Donations may be made in her memory to the MSPCA at www.mspca.org. Lucky would like to thank the Class of ’82 for all the support they have given Michelle and Accent Care in Milton for taking great of care of “Houdini” Michelle Loughran.
