Special shout out to Chris Soper

By

Dear Editor:

We would like to honor a friend and member of Canton’s business community, Chris Soper. Chris works at the salon Stylists at Six Thirty on Washington Street. He is a very, very special man and someone Canton should be so proud of.

Chris has always decorated the outside of his salon with festive holiday decorations — Thanksgiving, Christmas … you name it! All on his own dime! And to see that he has added beautiful decorations to many of our local businesses, both next to him and up the sidewalk, is such a wonderful and neighborly thing to do!

Through his Facebook posts, he mentioned he carries, in his car, new blankets, gloves, hats and anything to help make someone less fortunate warm and happy and gives them out on his commute from Rhode Island to Canton each and every day. Clients and friends have begun to drop off all kinds of items (as you can see in the photo at left) for him to add to his collection. Chris has begun a movement through his kindness and it just keeps growing bigger and bigger every day!

We are so lucky to have Chris in our community and we would love to publicly thank him for all he does for Canton. He is truly a gem!

Thank you!

Happy Holidays!

Amy & Bruce Seich
