Canton lacrosse standout headed to Old Dominion

By

On Wednesday, November 13, Canton’s Jenna Peccia signed her National Letter of Intent to play college lacrosse for Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, beginning in 2020-21.

A standout goalie on the Dexter Southfield girls lacrosse team, Peccia had verbally committed to Old Dominion as a junior after touring several Division 1 colleges on the East Coast, and last week she made her commitment official. The former Canton schools product has been a lacrosse goalie since third grade and competes with the Boston Laxachusetts Club program out of Braintree on their top team.

A varsity starter since her freshman year at Dexter Southfield, Peccia will play her final high school season this spring as a senior.
