Family of baby Bridget thanks Canton paramedics

By

Dear Editor:

Our family wants to send a sincere thank you to the Canton Fire Department for their incredible job in helping our newest baby, Bridget Morrissey, enter this world safely on June 22. We want to especially mention Tony Flematti, Bobby Lynch, and Brendan Gallagher, who helped with the delivery and displayed an outstanding level of professionalism and skill while they cared for us.

Bridget is our fourth child and she came quicker than expected, so we are forever grateful that we had a tremendous team available to keep us both safe and healthy. Although we did not anticipate an out-of-hospital birth, we are so fortunate to have such skillful paramedics in our town to help with emergencies like these. We are truly blown away by Tony, Bobby, and Brendan and how they handled a stressful situation with ease.

We are happy to say that baby Bridget is very happy and healthy. Her big sister Nola and big brothers Declan and Colman are thrilled to have her join our family and send a big thank you to the firefighters who helped her. We have the deepest appreciation for all that you did for our family, and for what you continue to do for our community every day.

Fondly,

The Morrissey Family
