Canton 8th graders capture D1 summer hoops title

Congratulations to the Canton Grade 8 Mass Premier Boys Summer League team, winner of the 2018 Division 1 championship. The Canton boys defeated Attleboro 43-40 to advance to the finals, where they dispatched Westwood to claim the title. Also advancing to the finals in the Mass Premier Summer League were the Canton seventh grade boys D2 team, Canton sixth grade boys D1 team, and Canton fifth grade girls D2 team. The Canton freshman boys D1 team made it to the semifinals before bowing out to Mansfield 53-45.
