By Canton CitizenWalter R. Locke of Canton, 81, formerly of Dorchester and his beloved Forest Hills, passed away peacefully November 1, 2016, surrounded by those he loved most.
Walter was a proud Marine Corps veteran and member of the Boston Police Mounted Patrol Unit. After retiring from the Boston Police Department he then worked as an employee for the Boston Globe for several years.
“Wally” was a devoted and caring husband of 54 years to his beloved Sarah “Sally” P. Locke (Ford) of Canton.
