Beloved father of Roger Iain Quilter of Guildford, England, and Emma Quilter of Surrey, England. Brother of Michael, Philip, Ann and the late Simon, all of England, and the late Susie of the Canary Islands. Son of the late Leonard and Renee Quilter of Surrey and nephew to Ronald Skipworth of East Sussex. He is also survived by his former spouse and devoted companion, Joanna Bell, of Canton.
Roger served in the Merchant Navy and the Royal Marines, attended Kirkcaldy College in Scotland, and trained at the London School of Economics. Like his father, he worked in the financial service industry for many years for several banks, including Swiss Bank, Bank of America, State Street Bank, Putnam Investments, Mellon Bank and IBT …
