Praise for columnist’s tribute to Snoopy

I just finished reading “Less than a Minute,” Joan Florek Schottenfeld’s column in the February 18 issue about the glorious life and heartbreaking passing of her beloved beagle, Snoopy. Ms. Schottenfeld captured perfectly the myriad joys of pet ownership — and the sorrow that inevitably awaits all pet parents when they realize their dear four-legged companion’s days are coming to a close. Thank you for describing Snoopy’s life with such memorable perception and compassion. An exquisitely written piece.
