Born and raised in Jamaica Plain, he graduated from Jamaica Plain High in 1938. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He worked as a truck driver for Independent Pipe in Canton for 40 years and M. J. Malloy Co. of Canton before retiring. He has lived in Stoughton for over 45 years and was a member of the American Legion Post #24 in Canton and the Amvets in Stoughton …
