Time for town to admit mistake with roundabout

Dear Editor:

I continue to read with interest the saga of the Pleasant Street roundabout. It’s nice to know what a money saver this debacle is. With residents, drivers, and voters presenting a “firestorm of criticism” against this, it is difficult to find the rationale behind it. With two accidents and three (reported) complaints in six weeks, I wonder what the number must be before it becomes an official mistake.
