Dear Editor:

The National Charity League’s Blue Hills Chapter would like to send a big thank you to the town of Canton for helping to make the NCL Class of 2016’s Cradles to Crayons clothing/toy drive a big success. All together the NCL group collected over 20 large moving boxes full of clothing, toys and books for underprivileged children serviced by Cradles to Crayons. Thank you to all of the Canton schools that participated: Canton High School, Galvin Middle School, and the Hansen, Luce and Kennedy elementary schools. If anyone still has donations, they can be dropped off in the Children’s Room at the Canton Public Library. We would also like to thank the other NCL members for helping coordinate donation pickups during the two-month donation drive: Erin Martin, Grace Ransford, Hayley Mulford, Flynn Conway, and Julia Grady.

Sincerely,

Emily McEachern

President of NCL Class of 2015/16
