CrossFit fundraiser to benefit Furbush children

On Saturday, February 22, CrossFit HomeBase in Canton will host a partner workout event in support of Kayley and Patrick Furbush and in honor of their parents, Kristen and Stephen.

The young couple, beloved by family, friends and neighbors, passed away within two months of each other — Kristen on November 11 and Steve on January 12. (Click here to read a tribute article.)

“No child deserves such a loss and we are here to band together and support them through this tragic time,” states the fundraiser website. “Any donation you can make is greatly appreciated.”

The event will begin at 12 noon at CrossFit HomeBase, located at 960 Turnpike Street.
