Friends of the Library thank supporters of ‘Caddystacks’

The Friends of the Canton Public Library wish to thank all who sponsored the Caddystacks Mini Golf fundraiser at the library through generous donations of cash, gift cards, goods, and services. The course, laid on the top two floors of the library, was fun for the whole family as they putted along through tees and holes sponsored by local businesses and families.

This event could not have been possible without this community support, nor would it have been possible without the support of many, many volunteers who built and cleaned up the course, served food, gave golf lessons, made bookmarks and name tags, developed publicity, monitored floors, guided guests, manned raffles, made crafts, painted faces, and welcomed each attendee.

Heartfelt thanks goes out to all of you as we use the funds generated at this event for future library programming, such as the next Princess Sleepover on February 22 and another “back by popular demand” Downton Abby Tea on March 2.
