Rte. 138 intersection a fatality waiting to happen

Dear Editor:

How many more accidents have to happen before a living person is killed through lack of common sense? The traffic light at Turnpike (Route 138) and Randolph streets is wrong! There should be a left only with arrow for both facing lanes of traffic, rather than the Russian roulette of hoping a driver doesn’t “t-bone” you when your green light say it’s ok to go. I have driven well over 1 million miles and have never seen a better chance for a fatality than at this major intersection. Save a life — fix it!
