Israel “Izzy” Geller, of Canton, formerly of Randolph and Pabianice, Poland, survivor of the Auschwitz concentration camp, entered into rest on November 8, 2013, at the age of 89.

His parents, Zylo and Gitel Geller, and his siblings, Chippa, Hodas, Beryl, and Reuven, did not survive Auschwitz. Beloved husband of Marilyn (Brockman) Geller. Devoted father of Gayle Seserman and her husband, Edward, of Easton, and Steven Geller and his wife, Jill, of Bridgewater. Cherished grandfather of Samantha Seserman, Anthony Geller, Dominic Geller, Nicholas Geller, and Michelle Spinney. Izzy is also lovingly survived by many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held Sunday, November 10, at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street. Interment at Beth El Cemetery, West Roxbury.
