Canton girl to compete in USA Hockey tourney

Canton resident Jacqueline Seymour, a junior defenseman on the Thayer Academy girls’ hockey team, will compete alongside three of her teammates in the upcoming USA Hockey Girls National Championship Tournament in San Jose, California. Seymour, a fifth-year varsity player and assistant captain, will be skating for the East Coast Wizards U19 team. She will be joined by Kelcie Finn of Weymouth, Kathleen Fowkes of Braintree, and goaltender Julianne Landry of Hanover. In addition to playing hockey, Seymour also competes on Thayer’s varsity track and field team.
