Lydon, Robert T.
By Canton CitizenRobert T. Lydon, 73, of Hyde Park, passed away October 26 at the Goddard Rehabilitation Center in Stoughton.
Born in Boston, he grew up in Jamaica Plain and lived most of his life in Woburn before moving to Hyde Park five years ago. He attended Boston Trade School and was a veteran of the United States Navy. He worked for E.A. Spry in Woburn for 35 years before retiring.
Father of the late Robbie Lydon. Beloved Brother of Richard Lydon and his wife, Lynne, and William Haggerty and his wife, Patrice, all of NH. Uncle of Kimberly Evans and Kristin Lydon, both of CA, Keri McNamara of Stoughton, Timothy Haggerty of Leominster, and Daniel Haggerty of NH.
Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street, Friday, November 2, from 6-8 p.m. Relatives and friends invited to attend a funeral service at the funeral home Saturday at 10 a.m. Burial Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
