Sarro, Carmen C.

Carmen C. Sarro, 94, of Jamaica Plain, passed away at the Armenian Nursing Home in Boston.

Born and raised in Boston, he attended Boston schools and was an Army veteran of World War II. He worked for Precision Coating for many years before retiring. He has lived in Jamaica Plain for over 65 years and was a lifetime member of the DAV.

Beloved husband of the late Doris (Arthur). Father of Linda A. Cassio and her husband, Charles, of Canton, and Eileen D. Mason and her husband, Gerard, of Dedham. Brother of Elizabeth DiPerri of East Boston, Anthony Sarro of Revere, and Marie Brazzo of Winthrop. Also survived by four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A funeral mass was held Monday morning, September 24, in St. Gerard Majella Church in Canton. Burial private.
