Both firefighters and police were called to the scene and confiscated the fireworks. Both chiefs decided to warn the resident and not press charges. Fire Lt. Brian Marshall said the call was concerning as it comes on the heels of a large fireworks display in Pelham, New Hampshire, that injured several family members.
