Paul J. Clancy, 91, died June 23, 2012, in the comfort of his home surrounded by his family.

Mr. Clancy was a proud veteran, serving as a bombardier/navigator in the Army Air Corps in the South Pacific during WWII. He was a retired firefighter captain/master of the Boston Fire Department fireboat.

Devoted husband of Lillian T. Clancy (McDonough). Loving father of Mary Ellen Coe and her husband, Adam, of Canton. Proud grandfather of Amy Coe. Brother of Marie Doherty of VA, Thomas Clancy of Roslindale, John Clancy of Newburyport, and the late William Clancy.

A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Tuesday, June 26, in St. Theresa of Avila Church in West Roxbury. Interment Forest Hills Cemetery. Arrangements by the Pushard Family Funeral Home, 210 Sherman Street.
