Vetrano, Anna

Anna Vetrano (Li Petri), 90, of Canton, formerly of Italy and Middle Village, Queens, NY, died suddenly in her home on May 13, 2012.

Devoted wife of the late Vicenzo Vetrano. Loving mother of Agatha “Ida” Donato and her husband, Vincenzo, of Canton, Paul Vetrano and his wife, Catherine, of Mineola, NY, and Nadine Ambrosino and her husband, John, of Commack, NY. Loving sister of Baldasare Li Petri and Giuseppe Li Petri of Italy. Anna is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Friday morning, May 18, in St. John the Evangelist Church in Canton. Interment St. John Cemetery, Middle Village, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701. Arrangements by the Pushard Family Funeral Home, 210 Sherman Street.
