GMS chorus at State House

By

The Galvin Middle School eighth grade chorus recently performed at the State House on the historic building’s grand staircase. Mr. John Russell, the chorus director, put together a half-hour set that entertained members of the legislature, staff, tourists, and Canton parents. Songs included “Africa” and the patriotic “Song for Unsung Heroes.”

“The students did a phenomenal job,” said Representative Bill Galvin of Canton. “I was very impressed with their concert.”
