Couple will ‘never forget’ support of Dockray & Thomas

Dear Editor:

This is a long overdue thank you to express our deepest gratitude to Brian and Kirsten Fitzgerald of Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home. Fifteen years ago this month, we lost our sweet baby girl Angelica to a horrific disease called spinal muscular atrophy. She was just shy of nine months old. We numbingly chose Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home because of its proximity to our home. We now know the angels must have guided us there. From our first meeting with Brian, continuing through the interment, we were met with the utmost kindness, respect, assurance, and generosity. Even through our blinding pain we could tell that this was an incredibly special couple. They made our grief a bit more bearable during those first few days, and we will never forget them.
