A thank you to Butch King

By

Dear Editor:

I would like to take this opportunity to thank former firefighter Butch King for his continued effort, even in retirement, in providing quality CPR and first aid instruction to the citizens and employees of the town.

For years, Butch instructed classes to anyone who wanted to learn this important yet simple lifesaving technique. We are all very lucky to have Butch as a citizen in our town and are grateful that he has generously given his time for such an important cause.

I would also be remiss if I didn’t show appreciation to the Canton Fire Department and Public Health Nurse Terri Khoury for their efforts as well. I would encourage citizens to take advantage of one of their classes (see the Datebook), which are held periodically at the Fire Department on Revere Street. You may contact the public health nurse for more information.

Thank you,

Jeremy J. Comeau
