Decembrele, Anna A.

Anna A. Decembrele (Ciolfi), 85, of Canton, passed away May 9 at the Golden Living Center in Norwood. Born in Providence, RI, she was raised in North Attleboro and graduated from North Attleboro High School.

She has lived in Canton since 1947 where she was a member of the Canton Garden Club, Canton Catholic Women’s Club, and the Ponkapoag Civic Association. She previously worked in sales at Hoffman’s Clothing Store.

Beloved wife of the late Augustine S. “Augie.”  Mother of John E. of Dover, Richard A. and his wife, Ann Marie, of Walpole, and Cheryl A. Morin and her husband, Stephen, of Canton. Sister of Herbert Ciolfi of Norwood. Also survived by six grandchildren.

Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street, Thursday, May 12, from 4-8 p.m. A funeral mass will be held Friday morning, May 13, at 10:30 in St. John the Evangelist Church in Canton. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Canton. Donations in her memory may be made to St. John School Association, Box 604, Canton, MA 02021.
