Canton soccer standout headed to Bates College

Canton resident Myles Guerrier is headed to Bates College in Maine next year to play soccer after a stellar four-year high school career at Worcester Academy. A multi-time all-star forward, Guerrier helped lead his team to two Class A finals and three Class A semifinals appearances. He has been featured in the New England Soccer Journal and was recruited by several top schools, including the United States Military Academy (West Point), Colby College, Bowdoin College, Union College, Swarthmore College, Middlebury and Bates. He has decided to play for Coach Sheikh at Bates College, which is among the top-ranked liberal arts colleges in the country.
