Boy Scout Troop 77 offering tree removal service

By

Boy Scouts from Troop 77 pose in front of a previous Christmas haul.

This holiday season, for the 17th year in a row, the Boy Scouts of Canton Troop 77 are offering a Christmas tree removal service for Canton residents. For a suggested donation of $10 each, the scouts will pick up residents’ trees at the curb on the morning of January 5 or January 12. Registration is required and must be done by the Thursday before each pickup. Please leave your tree at the curb by 8 a.m. and attach an envelope with your donation to your front door (or leave it in the mailbox). Visit www.cantontroop77.com/troop-77-tree-pickup for more information or to download a registration form. Registration can also be done via email at T77treepickup@gmail.com or phone/text at 339-502-0340. Proceeds will help fund campouts, service projects and other activities in which the troop participates.
