Baker, Marie C.

Born and raised in Milton, she graduated from Milton High School and attended Emmanuel College. She worked as a secretary for a law firm before she married and raised a family in Canton. She was an avid golfer and a member of St. Gerard Majella Church and the Canton Catholic Women’s Club.
Beloved wife of George A. Mother of Gretchen Tarleton of MD, George Baker, Jr. of Philippines, Susan Baker of Natick, Gregory Baker of NJ, and Christopher Baker of Franklin. Also survived by seven grandchildren.
A funeral mass was held Wednesday in St. Gerard Majella Church in Canton. Burial Canton Corner Cemetery. Donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Association, 309 Waverly Oaks Rd., Waltham, MA 02452. For complete obituary and guestbook, see dockrayandthomasfuneralhome.com.
