Edmund L. “Ned” Connolly, 72, of Sharon, passed away July 26 at home surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Brockton, he was raised in Canton and attended BC High, Boston College, and Northeastern University. Ned enjoyed a long career in the electronics industry. Starting at Texas Instruments TI supply division while still a college student at Boston College, he worked as a sales engineer at Texas Instruments, AVX Interconnect, Aved Electronics, and Viking Electronics.
