Canton Historical Society grateful for support

The Canton Historical Society would like to thank all of the residents, non-residents, and visitors who attended the society’s Hot Dog Cookout and Open House on July 2. It was a delightful summer day and people enjoyed a tour through the museum and then joined others for a hot dog and ice cream sandwich under the cool breeze of the trees outdoors. This successful event will help the society continue its work to preserve the textiles, memorabilia and other donations given to the society to preserve our local history. It is great to see community participation with events such as this.
