Sarno, Margaret M.

Margaret M. Sarno (Burke), 87, of Canton, formerly of Jamaica Plain, passed away June 1 at Norwood Hospital.

Born in Brookline, she was raised in Jamaica Plain and graduated from Jamaica Plain High School. She was a devoted homemaker and mother and previously worked at Frugal Fannies as a switchboard operator. She was an avid golfer and a member of the Sharon Country Club, enjoyed bowling in the Sharon-Foxboro Women’s Bowling League in Norwood, and was a former member of the Sons of Italy in Canton …
