FOR THE LEASE OF ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE FOR NORFOLK COUNTY RETIREMENT SYSTEM

For the period of: September 1, 2016 to August 31, 2021, for a term of five (5) years

NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

Norfolk County Retirement System, 480 Neponset Street, Building #15, Canton, MA 02021 (“NCRS”) invites sealed Proposals for the LEASE of Administration Office Space for a term of five (5) years.

The Request for Proposals (“RFP”) may be obtained from the Administrative Offices of Norfolk County Retirement System, 480 Neponset Street, Building #15, Canton, MA 02021, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. local time, beginning on August 15, 2016 at 9:00 A.M. local time. No pre-proposal conference will be held.

Sealed Proposals, including Price Proposals will be received until 1:00 P. M. local time, August 29, 2016, at the Administrative Offices of Norfolk County Retirement System, 480 Neponset Street, Building #15, Canton, MA 02121. All Proposals shall comply with the RFP issued by NCRS. NCRS reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Proposals in the best interest of NCRS. Any Proposal submitted will be binding for one hundred eighty (180) calendar days subsequent to the time of the opening of Proposals.
