Born in Boston on November 2, 1966, to Lawrence and Shirley (Mayman) Hartman, he was raised in Milton. A graduate of Milton Academy, Brown University, and the University of Massachusetts Medical School, he completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in 1996. Dr. Hartman was a dedicated primary care physician at Harbor Medical Associates in Pembroke and a member of the South Shore Hospital medical staff …
