A note of appreciation for good Samaritan

By

Dear Editor:

I am deeply grateful to Michael Cammarata of Canton Tree Service for taking the time to help me and my 3 year old son on Friday morning, June 12. My car died and he took the time to give me a jump. When the car did not respond to the jump, he tried again and again. “I am sorry I can’t help you. I wish there was more I could do,” he said at one point. He was a complete and total gentleman.

People always say how selfish and disconnected teenagers can be. Not him. He was patient, kind, and a wonderful example to my son of how a real man acts and of how we should treat each other. After a local business refused to help me because of “policy,” he showed that the idea of human kindness and helping each other trumps policy sometimes. Thanks, Michael.

Sincerely,

Jacqui Bonwell
