The Thompson and Lichtner Co., a civil engineering and testing firm located at 480 Neponset Street in Canton, recently hosted two exciting programs: Suffolk Construction Company’s “People and Culture” and Skanska USA’s “Young Professionals.” These afternoon events were tailored to address the current civil engineering industry goals of developing employee knowledge, management, and innovation skills, and included a tour of the Thompson & Lichtner facilities and lab, live demonstrations of window water/air tests, blower door tests, electronic roof testing, plus a presentation on the building envelope by T&L’s Senior Architect Richard Keleher, AIA.
