Fachy, Alma M.

Alma Marion Fachy (Finnegan) entered into eternal peace early Saturday morning, April 11, 2015.

Born on February 7, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Jeremiah Finnegan and Marion Gilmore and sister of the late Jackie Finnegan. Alma graduated from Roslindale High School in the early 1940s and worked at R.H. Stearns as a bookkeeper, doing some modeling as well. She married the late Gino C. Fachy in 1947, with whom she spent 60 years, residing in Jamaica Plain for 20 years and Canton for 44 years …
