Marano plays for St. Sebastian’s in NEPSAC bowl

Christopher Marano of Canton, a senior at St. Sebastian’s School in Needham, pictured above with head coach Bob Souza, completed his final high school football season with a history-making NEPSAC Bowl Championship. Upon winning the Independent School League with an undefeated regular season (8-0), the team traveled to Avon, Connecticut to play for the New England Prep School Athletic Conference Bowl against the King School from Stamford, CT. St. Sebastian’s beat the King School, 40-7. Marano was chosen for the ISL All-League team for 2012. He has committed to Colby College to play defensive tackle where he will attend next fall.
